When you sign up for the Iberostate Bávaro Guaranteed Profit Program, you sign a contract that not only makes you the owner of an exceptional home, but, as an investor, you also hand over the management of your property to the Iberostar Group so that you receive a substantial return on your investment during the first 3 years (2014-2017).
