Iberostate stands out at the Salão Imobiliário da Bahia

During the five days of the Salão Imobiliário da Bahia (The Real Estate Trade Fair), the Iberostate stand was considered the most original and offered a very special program, giving rise to important press coverage in addition to attracting many people interested in learning about our complexes: Reserva do Mar and the plots opposite the beach

The highlight of the event was the presence of the famous chef Beto Pimentel, from the Paraíso Tropical restaurant. For the inauguration, he created a special signature cocktail for clients, collaborators and press as well as an exclusive dish for the occasion: el Sabor do Mar. Inspired by the colors, climate and sensations produced by our complexes in addition to typical Bahian ingredients, he prepared vatapá de nicuri verde with maturi (a typical Brazilian dish made with local palm fruit, green cashews and shrimp), which was decorated with edible flowers to the delight of everyone's palate. Many guests enjoyed the fantastic evening, including the renowned architect Ivan Smarcevscki, Nilson Sarti and Luciano Muricy (President and Technical Director of ADEMI).

Whoever attended to fair to discover the new features on the real estate market were able to admire the huge model, which caught everyone's attention. The model, measuring 4.53 m (14 ft) long and 2.66 m (8 ft) wide, recreates the 2,000,000 m² of the Iberostar complex where the Iberostate Praia do Forte is located.

During its seventh edition, el Salão Imobiliário da Bahia welcomed more than four million visitors, who came to get more information about the exclusive launches and the special conditions for acquiring commercial or residential units.
