The singer Jau was the exclusive attraction at the celebration for the delivery of the first phase of the Iberostate Praia do Forte residential tourist complex.
The event was held on March 3rd at the Golf Club of the Resort. Guests included homeowners and their family members and friends as well as the Iberostate Management.
It was a relaxed evening during which homeowners got the chance to talk with friends and meet their future neighbors.
THE PROJECT
The first phase of this project has already been delivered. The foreseen completion of the complex is set for 2017. Said phase includes 49 apartments (from 76.56 to 204.40 m2 / 824 ft2 to 2200 ft2) and 25 single-family homes (from 243.9 to 367.24 m2/ 2625 ft2 to 3952 ft2). Seventy-four homes overall, distributed around the Iberostar complex, amidst the exuberant vegetation of Praia do Forte.
The projects have been designed by the renowned architects David Bastos, Antonio Caramelo and Ivan Smarcevski. Each one has his own style, from rustic to colonial and modern, with installations in line with luxury European standards.
