What does the Iberostate Playa Paraíso consist in?

Iberostate Playa Paraíso is a unique real estate project with a privileged location in the Iberostar Playa Paraíso tourism complex, located in the heart of the Mayan Riviera, just 20 minutes from the Cancun International Airport and 15 from Playa del Carmen. The grounds have approximately 72 hectares, with 15 luxury residences and 100 condos, which will be developed during the first two stages of the project.

Iberostate is currently developing almost simultaneously, four luxury residential developments in ideal locations of the Mayan Riviera, the Dominican Republic and Brazil, and soon it will begin to develop projects in the Riviera Nayarit. They all form part of the Iberostar Group vacation resorts.

When did the development of Iberostate Playa Paraíso begin?

The Model home was built this last year and can be visited by all those interested in investing in a luxury home. Three additional homes are currently being built, which are offered for a limited time for $840,000 dollars. During the first semester of 2012, the construction phase of the first 100 condos will begin.

When will the construction of all phases be completed?

Iberostate Playa Paraíso plans to start developing the first four homes during the first quarter of 2012 and deliver them before the end of the same year. Construction for the 100 condos will begin during the first semester of 2012 and should be delivered to their owners during the fourth quarter of 2014.

What is the target group of Iberostate Playa Paraíso?

What areas of the hotels/resort can I access as a home owner?

Iberostate home owners can access all the public areas of the resort, such as the shopping center, medical center, green walkways and all the wet zones at the spa. Likewise, they have their own Beach Club with preferential rates to enjoy the hotel swimming pools and restaurants, rounds of golf and spa treatments.

What hotel services are available to home owners?

As part of a tourism resort, the Iberostar hotels provide services such as chef catering delivery, cleaning services, transportation, personalized food supply before arrival, rental management, concierge services and security.

Do I get a deed for my property?

Yes. Whether a full-ownership or fractional ownership, each owner will have a property ownership and deed that allows him/her to be the sole and full owner with rights to sell, rent, inherit, etc.

Can I access the golf course? Under what conditions?

Yes. All owners have direct access to the golf course with preferential fees.
