The Mediterranean Residential complex is located in Iberostate Praia do Forte Resort. The residential area offers one to three bedroom homes, with 70 to 10 sq. m, at a price ranging between $320,000 and $550,000. The foreseen date for delivery of these homes is September 2013. The prestigious Spanish studio Alonso y Balaguer, and winner of the Contract World Award 2011, is behind the architectural project. The construction of a Shopping Center is also foreseen in this new phase, with restaurants, a medical center, pharmacy, shops and other services exclusively for residents. Iberostate Praia do Forte has invested $500 million into the construction of homes, infrastructures and services. With an area of 216 hectares, the complex is located near the town of Praia do Forte. One of the first investments by Iberostate was the construction of the Ecovía (ecological road) that communicates the town and the residential complex.

This presentation was one of the big events at the exhibition, both for private investors and the general public. "At the end of the exhibition, we will be offering a 10% discount on all units.
