In May, Iberostate Bávaro took part at the Edmonton Second Homes Property Show in Alberta, Canada, a trade fair designed for buyers of holiday homes. Despite the presence of a large number of national and international agents, Iberostate Bávaro managed to shine with its attractive range of villas and apartments in Bávaro.

It announced the second phase of the project, its features, details, design and attributes, as well as existing offers in the sale of the final few apartments and villas available from the first phase.

Those interested in the project highlighted 2 fundamental aspects: the first was the assurance of belonging to the Iberostar hotel group, and the second the importance of the difference of the Iberostate Bávaro project, with the home providing a lifestyle with amenities and services befitting the standards of the chain.

In addition, during the winter months, there are direct flights from Edmonton to Punta Cana, facilitating the movement of future owners, all of which backed by the growth and development taking place in this tourist area, which is improving its infrastructure, means of communication, transport and services, making it easier for owners to arrive conveniently and quickly.
