In line with the trend of decorated apartments, which attract our clients and show them how to get the most of the living space, Iberostate wanted to go one step further by decorating two or three model homes, already on sale within its varied range of products. 

The first decorated home opened in the complex was designed by Ivan Smarcevscki. The decoration project, signed by Iamna Smarcevski, is a home inspired by the Brazilian character and the Bahian climate; it flows with color and is faithful to the rustic style.

The second home, an innovative project by the architect Antônio Caramelo, is designed by the interior decorator Verônica Agra, from IF Planejados. By starting with a "clean" and functional proposal, typical of the Bahian architecture, the décor is practical and comfortable, reflecting the freshness and simplicity of these beach homes, and also guarantees their easy maintenance.
