Santo Domingo is the place chosen by Iberostate to launch the new promotion of luxury villas and condos in the Iberostar Bávaro Resort. The high-ranking Dominican society came to support the presentation of Iberostate's new project.  

The spectacular staging and setting organized by the Dominican designer and decorator, Pedro Vargas, was perfect for showing all the locals, Villas Guayacán and Condos Flamboyán, an ambitious project made up of 28 villas and 81 condos integrated into the fantastic golf course designed by P.B. Dye, within the Iberostar Bávaro Resort.  

The event was presided over by Delfín Gimeno, Managing Director of Iberostate in the Dominican Republic. The event also obtained important national media coverage and brought together the most prominent figures of Santo Domingo: the Banco Popular Group President, Nicolás Vargas, thefashion designer, Damaris Runio, the Dominican Republic’s top model, Yeimy Hernandez and the President of the tourism channel CTN, Miguel Calzada, among many others, attended the event to get a first-hand look at the details of the new phase of the Iberostate Bávaro real estate complex.

During the event, Laura Molano, Sales and Marketing Director of Iberostate, explained that for the first time, Iberostate is presenting this residential project to the local community, with the investment and strategic change it entails. She also said that Iberostate is taking this step since they are convinced that their commitment to quality, avant-garde style and design make this complex one of the best options for establishing a second residence, not only for foreign tourists but also for Dominican Republic residents
