On the final day of the Bahía Carnival, Iberostate Praia do Forte sponsored a very special event to wrap up the revelry of the month of February with a flourish. On February 27, the Iberostate Carnival celebrations took place from 11am to 5pm at the sales stand within the Iberostar Praia do Forte complex, leading to a highly animated Saturday afternoon that was no doubt unforgettable for all those present.

The event was headlined by Rixô Elétrico, an irreverent musical group formed by renowned Bahía musician Fred Menendes. Its members trace a circuit on four-wheelers singing the great classics of axé music, as well as a mix of other genres generating great vibes and entertainment in their shows. The group ensured the event was very relaxed and enjoyable, and also acted as a tribute to 30 years of axé music, which is the typically sound associated with carnival in Bahía.
