The group was accompanied by the AEI chairwoman, who indicated her great satisfaction with the project and communicated her thanks for the invitation and her good impressions to the Iberostate Bávaro team.

On April 5 last, a select group of real estate brokers belonging to the Association of Dominican Republic Real Estate Companies (AEI) visited the Iberostate Bávaro development. The group was accompanied by the AEI chairwoman, who indicated her great satisfaction with the project and communicated her thanks for the invitation and her good impressions to the Iberostate Bávaro team.

This select group of visitors was made up of brokers specializing in second homes and holiday residences, and included representatives of some of the country’s leading Real Estate agencies.

Marcos García, Iberostate Bávaro Sales Director, presented the different phases of the development to the group, pointing out the advantages to buyers of acquiring a home within the complex. In addition to all these advantages, information was also provided to the group on the 5% Return campaign that Iberostate offers for those who wish to purchase a home and turn the acquisition into an investment.

The fact that the 5% guaranteed annual return program is a unique product did not go unnoticed by those in attendance, who also added that the upward revaluation of the property must be added to this profit since this market is currently experiencing growth.

The development was warmly welcomed by the real estate professionals, who considered that it represented a major business opportunity not just for foreign purchasers, but also for the growing number of Dominican investors.

On a walk through its facilities, visiting the apartments and villas as well as the golf course, the commercial team proceeded to answer all the questions and concerns of the guests, who in turn gave their opinions and ideas on how to market the product in the best possible way.

After the visit, most of the agents indicated their interest in selling the product, which they viewed as a product that was interesting and different from most of the offer to be found in the area. In addition, Iberostate Bávaro has been able to strengthen its links with the AEI, and does not rule out continuing to perform joint actions with the Association with the aim of communicating details of the product to all those who are considering investing in the area.
