On October 9, Iberostate Bávaro's facilities received a select number of brokers from the most important real estate companies in the country. They came from the capital to experience the Iberostate project first hand.

After some words of thanks from the Commercial and Marketing Director of Iberostate, Ms Laura Molano, the Commercial Director of Iberostate Bávaro, Marcos García, took the floor and gave an informal and open talk on the project and the guaranteed annual return, which was well-received among the professional agents, who saw a significant business opportunity, not only for people abroad but also for a growing sector of Dominican investors.

On a walk through its facilities, visiting the apartments, villas and also the golf course, the commercial team proceeded to answer, one by one, the different concerns of the delegates, who also gave their opinions and ideas on how to market the product in the best possible way.

The fact that the 5% guaranteed annual return program is a unique product did not go unnoticed by any of those in attendance, who also added that the upward revaluation of the property must be added to this profit since this market is currently experiencing growth.
