This October, Iberostate Praia do Forte threw its support behind the world famous Pink October campaign, which focuses on breast cancer (one of the most common types in Brazil) awareness, care, treatment, and prevention.

All the company's employees are wearing pink brooches in the shape of a ribbon, the Pink October Campaign's symbol. They go about their daily work with the campaign's symbol on their uniforms to show Iberostate's sincere concern and support for such important work.

In addition, the inside of the Sales Stand was decorated with pink balloons and, at night, passers-by can see it illuminated in pink as a result of a special light placed in the garden especially for the campaign.

Also, all the Iberostate customer service points at the Iberostar Bahia and the Iberostar Praia do Forte had the characteristic Pink October Campaign ribbon placed on the wooden totems / four-paneled doors, right next to our logo.

For the campaign, Iberostate teamed up with the renowned mastology clinic Núcleo da Mama, which is dedicated to breast care and plastic surgery issues.  Iberostate residents, employees and customers received 30% discount vouchers for mammography exams, which are extremely important.
