I. BROWSER DATA TREATMENT

INFORMATION ON FILES AND TREATMENT in accordance with Spanish Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), users are hereby informed that any personal data registered in this website will be filed by IBEROSTATE INVERSIONES, S.L registered address on C/General Riera 154, 07010 Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands (SPAIN)

Users may access the Website and carry out searches on products or services, or access the mortgage simulation tool with no obligation for any personal information to be supplied.

However, the sections in the forms on the website marked as required must be filled in accordingly for the correct processing of user requests.

All data registered in the corresponding contact forms located on the web shall be used to process user requests, attend to user suggestions or complaints and to improve the quality of the Web and our products and services. In the event that users request information about a specific promotion, the data provided will be equally communicated to the corresponding real estate developer whose identification data is indicated in the FAQ of the page relative to the promotion in question, to process the user information request, the sales monitoring of this request and for statistical purposes. TREATMENT OF DATA FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.- If users request to receive Iberostate newsletters when providing their personal information, their data will be treated for the purposes of customer loyalty programs and to inform users, even by electronic means or by telephone, about new features, products and services related to the residential promotions sold under the Iberostate Golf Villas & Condos brand. Users can at any time revoke their consent as indicated in the section “Interested Party Rights”.

USERS OF THE IBEROSTAR BRAND.- In the event that users consent to the incorporation of their personal data in the files of the Iberostar Group, their data will be communicated to IBEROSTAR HOTELES Y APARTAMENTOS S.L., parent company of the Iberostar Group, with registered address at C/General Riera 154, 07010 Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands (Spain), to be stored on the Users File of the Iberostar Brand, for the purpose of customer loyalty programs, personalized services as well as to send them, by electronic means or telephone, personalized sales communications about tourist products and services offered by the Group. The incorporation of their data into the Users File of the brand implies the users' consent so that the entities contacted by Iberostar Group for the purpose of contracting or rendering services, can access their personal data as a user of the brand, for the personalization of contracts and services as well as the international transfer of their data when said entities are located outside the European Economic Area.

Likewise, and only in the event of residing on the American continent, excluding Cuba, shall users' data be communicated to Visit US, Inc., a United States company dedicated to the commercialization of tourist products, in order to send them, even via electronic means, sales information related to said products."

THIRD PARTY DATA- In the event of providing personal data of third parties, users hereby state that they have the consent of the third party in question, having previously informed them of the content of the present privacy policy.
