June 5th is World Environment Day. To commemorate this hugely important day, the Praia do Forte Tamar Project will conduct a series of lectures and activities at the project headquarters, situated in the local town.

From June 5th-16th, there will be environmental videos, workshops on recycling and reusing waste, a scavenger hunt and ecological games, and interactive feeding of the animals protected by the project, in what will be a joy-filled and educational occasion that, above all, raises socio-environmental awareness among adults and children and teaches the notion of safeguarding the present and future of the next generation.

Situated in an environmental reserve and engaged with important issues such as this, Iberostate Praia do Forte houses a branch of the Tamar Project amongst its developments, specifically located in Iberostate Villas, which has one of the best sea turtle egg-laying sites in the world.

In partnership with biologists and professionals from this branch of the Tamar Project, on June 7th, Iberostate Praia do Forte will organize a very special event in tribute to environment week, supporting the actions of this significant date with lectures on the Tamar Project's work and overall importance, as well as socio-environmental activities for property owners, customers, and prospective buyers.
