IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts wanted to go a step further in its commitment to its culinary offer as one of its main pillars by bringing the finest in Spanish cuisine to its clients around the world through Iberostarchef on Tour 2014-2015.

The hotel chain has designed a program of 30 exclusive dinners, in which 16 of Spain’s top Michelin-starred chefs will cook for guests in a selection of IBEROSTAR’s five-star hotels in Mexico (Riviera Maya), the Dominican Republic (Punta Cana), Cuba (Havana) and Spain (Majorca and the Canary Islands).

Dani García**, Ángel León*, Quique Dacosta***, Andoni Aduriz**, Nacho Manzano**, Manolo de la Osa*, Pepe Solla*, Fernando Pérez Arellano*, Jordi Cruz**, Pepe Rodriguez*, Paco Morales*, Fina Puigdevall**, Beatriz Sotelo*, Yolanda León*, Macarena de Castro* and Begoña Rodrigo from the TV series “Top Chef España 2013” are the 16 prestigious chefs who will participate in this unique initiative.

Beginning in late 2014 and continuing throughout 2015, each of the 16 chefs will travel around the IBEROSTAR hotel paradise spots with the aim of preparing an exclusive menu adapted to each destination, for the enjoyment of guests, who will be able to sample the finest in Spanish cuisine, washed down with the best international wines.

Thus, IBEROSTAR once again strengthens its commitment to continually offer top-quality products. The ambitious project pits together the most talented chefs on the Spanish culinary scene and some of the best hotels in IBEROSTAR’s portfolio, thereby offering its customers added value and the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience.
